Essential Functions of the Project Manager:
- Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain project documentation and conduct site inspections.
- Mentor project team members.
Education and Experience Requirements of Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or another related field required.
- 3-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
