With a presence in eleven regional offices spanning the Midwest and Southeast, including Greenville, South Carolina; Raleigh & Charlotte, North Carolina; Columbus, Cincinnati, and Dayton, Ohio; Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky; Indianapolis, Indiana; and Knoxville & Nashville, Tennessee.
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the financial and operational success of commercial construction projects. In this role, you'll have the primary responsibility for project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, safety, and quality compliance. Collaborate with a team of professionals to meet project scopes and schedules and achieve client objectives. Currently, we're seeking a Project Manager for our Raleigh, NC region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Actively contribute to our Zero Injury Safety Program on a daily basis.
• Oversee project scheduling, budget establishment, and cost control.
• Implement the Quality Leadership System.
• Maintain communication with subcontractors to facilitate smooth contract awarding.
• Lead and conduct project meetings.
• Create project-specific controls, monitor progress, and report to stakeholders.
• Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Civil Engineering/Construction Management, etc.).
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
• Strong organizational, time-management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.
