ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with experienced Project Managers to assist in project planning, execution, and closeout.
• Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Participate in project meetings, liaise with clients, and provide updates on project progress.
• Support in the identification and resolution of project issues and risks.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment on project sites

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to construction management, project management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
