Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Break work into measurable tasks, set priorities, define dependencies, and organize projects
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and accurately estimate and plan them
- Ensure the coordination and stability of major project efforts within agreed-upon time, scope and resource requirements
- Contribute to the development of Project Coordination best practices
- Build and maintain relationships by maintaining regular contact with key colleagues and stakeholders to expand and strengthen relationships
- Communicate effectively by adapting communication style to suit different situations and audiences
- Offer meaningful advice and support by providing ongoing support and coaching constructively to enhance employees’ effectiveness
- Ensure continuous improvement by looking beyond symptoms to uncover underlying causes of problems and identify ways to resolve them
- Demonstrate accountability by taking ownership and effectively manage resources for a department
- Generate new ideas by proactively identifying new ideas/opportunities to improve processes beyond conventional approaches
- Adapt to change by viewing difficult situations and problems as opportunities for improvement and embrace change positively

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years of experience managing large, multi-functional project teams
- EMR/EHR navigation
- Experience with Smart Sheet
- Comfortable asking questions, researching information and open communication
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage operational implementation at various levels
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholder expectations through effective negotiation and partnering
- Experience and comfort interfacing with senior executives, both internally and externally
- Experience with building productive relationships with key internal contacts at various levels of authority outside own area of expertise
- Experience assisting with pre-contracting sales request, such as request for proposals and developing plans to mitigate risk
