- You have a BA/BS Degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
- You possess 2+ years of technical experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You understand Project Management techniques and standards.
- You have a basic grasp of engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and testing processes.
- You are aware of commercial terms and conditions and their impact on contract management and business execution.
- You can effectively implement product execution plans according to policies and procedures.
- You thrive in a team-oriented environment and exhibit strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Your customer relations skills are exceptional.
- You communicate well and demonstrate interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- You have knowledge in one of the following areas: maintenance philosophies, offshore logistics, subsea products, or business management planning tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and awareness of scheduling and ERP software is a plus.
