Project Manager For Remote

Client seeks an experienced Project Manager to successfully lead these efforts through completion, driving complex cross-functional projects, leading the collection of business and systems requirements from stakeholders, and working closely with business partners and Agile delivery teams. The chosen candidate will possess a strong project management and Agile background, demonstrated experience leading large complex projects in an Agile environment, with a well-rounded background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and custom technologies.

Expertly manage complex and high-risk projects, leveraging cross-functional resources and capabilities, andeffectively managing stakeholder interactions in an Agile environment.

Proven track record managing multiple complex projects, preferably involving ERP business transformation tomeet stated business goals, budgets, and objectives.

Preferred in-depth knowledge of ERP technology and business processes.

Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.

Extensive experience in leadership and management oversight on large and/or highly complex projects withhigh impact and visibility.

Ability to facilitate negotiations between stakeholders and sponsors around scope and priority.

Strong customer focus with ability to interpret and analyze customer requirements.

Knowledge and experience with Agile practices.

Excellent presentation, communication, and written communication skills to be able to communicate withstakeholders of different levels.

Lead initiatives while managing scope, schedule, and budget from planning through execution, with directionfrom Digital Platform Manager and the PMO Director.

Proactively manage risks, oversight, and resolution of significant issues and/or concerns that may be detrimentalto success of the strategic initiatives.

Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions that drive key business strategic outcomes.

Lead cross functional teams through all phases of the lifecycle, from discovery to launch, in accordance with PMOstandards, expectations, and supporting tools.

Conduct meetings, facilitate collaborations, and eliminate barriers affecting progress.

Engage team members to ensure completion of tasks in a timely fashion.

Provide project updates, milestones, and challenges to senior executive leadership.

Conceptualize and develop project documentation and communicate documentation to business team leaders ona regular basis.

Collaborate with the Change Management organization to define the methods and techniques forimplementation to ensure change across initiatives is successful.

Below are the qualifications for the Project Manager position described above:

Required

BS/BA degree and 7 years of relevant project management experience

MS/MA or higher and 5 years of relevant project management experience.

PMP Certification

Agile Certification(s)

It is anticipated that most of the support can be executed remotely. Periodic on-site visits, up to 3 times per year, Monday through Friday, may be necessary and will be coordinated between CLIENT and the contractor. All travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the contractor.
