As a Project Manager for Marketing at American National, you will manage the workflow of marketing campaigns and projects within the Multiple Line Marketing department. You will regularly lead meetings with the purpose of moving projects forward towards completion. In addition, this position works with various functional areas to schedule and manage resources, manage vendor relationships, and deliver projects within the established budget and time frame. Please note this is an in-office position in Springfield, MO, or Galveston, TX.
What Will You Do?
• Oversees project timelines to ensure projects and campaigns are hitting scheduled in market dates. This includes but is not limited to communicating to leadership any delays and making key decisions regarding the project schedule, task assignments, and capacity.
• Works closely with American National's Procurement team to accurately scope out the job, and then analyze the returning bids to award the job to the best vendor based off multiple variables, including budget and institutional knowledge.
• Conducts and leads regular meetings with various project teams. This includes, but is not limited to: Project Kick-offs, status meetings, and ad hoc meetings to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign deliverables.

What Will You Do?

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Two to four years of experience.
- A strong ability to multi-task and to effectively communicate and collaborate within a group.
- An ability to hold a group accountable for project deliverables.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
