The CRC Facilities and Construction Group is seeking to fill the position of Project Manager based in Tupman, CA.
The base annual salary for this posted position is reasonably expected to range from $143K to $228K, with a target annual bonus opportunity of 20% - 25% of base salary and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. Your actual level and base salary, however, will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Responsibilities
Project Manager functions include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a suite of facilities projects ranging in size from a few hundred thousand dollars to many millions of dollars including pipelines, processing and separation facilities, pumps and compressors, instrumentation and controls, etc.
- Cost, schedule and scope management and tracking of projects
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams to ensure the right scope is being selected and then driving that team from project kickoff through design, construction and commissioning of the project
- Track project performance indicators and resolve variances to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Report to Projects Lead and other key stakeholders on project progress, performance and issues
- Manage engineering firms and construction firms to deliver high quality deliverables on budget and schedule
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and standards
- Drive innovative solutions, cost reduction and quality improvement across the suite of projects
- Work with reservoir teams to develop future year facilities expansion projects to support drilling/development
- Request the employment of expert consultants, when deemed necessary
- Coordinate and resolve technical issues arising on projects
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science, Civil or Electrical Engineering
- Five plus (5 ) years of similar experience, in a related field of Project Management and/or Facilities Engineering/Design
- Knowledgeable of project management and project controls principals including critical path scheduling, cost estimation, and earned value, risk, and stakeholder management
- Knowledgeable of water treatment technologies as they relate to produced water treatment, heat exchange; pumps and compressors, piping and pipeline design, piping codes, standards and material specifications and process control basics
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into a practical project scope
- Analytical capability as required in collecting, reviewing, assessing and interpreting customer's data and process requirements and developing responsive design specifications and parameters
- Communication and interpersonal skills, as required in working effectively with internal and external stakeholders/team members
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, including safety considerations in engineering design, recommendations, and operability
- Ability to make technically and economically sound recommendations with incomplete information and in the time required
- Demonstrated ability to work within multidiscipline team environment
- Must have a valid driver's license & a clean DMV record
Preferred qualifications
- Certified (PMP) Project Management Professional
- Professional Engineering License
- Understanding current California regulatory requirements as they relate to Oil and Gas projects
