What You'll Do:
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Event Planning & Execution – Sales Meetings, Sales Field/Regional Events, Customer Meetings & Events, Internal Sales Support Meetings
- Sales Teams/Sales Operations Support as needed
- Curate an engaging and impactful event in partnership with the related internal team(s).
- Develop and manage a calendar and planning timelines for all omni-channel related events
- Create and establish a vision and purpose for each event in partnership with the requesting internal team(s)
- Identify appropriate location(s) and venue(s) for each event based on all relevant factors (number of attendees, purpose of the event, as well as the appropriateness of the event for the venue, time of year, etc.)
- Plan and facilitate logistics for all events including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and needed marketing materials
- Execute the event or provide expert knowledge and support in planning and execution needed for an event led by/in partnership with key collaborators
- Establish processes and timelines that scale to enable future streamlined event management
- Develop methods for soliciting feedback and measuring the impact of each event, share findings with key stakeholders and leverage learnings for future development
- Establish and maintain vendor relationships to execute and support the events. Foster ongoing relationships through partnership, proper account tracking, and payment processing.
- Maintain and build a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues
- Define and manage budgets and timeline for execution of the events, in partnership with internal teams
- Develop partnership, alignment, and best practices with other key collaborators within Wilson
- Comply with legal, insurance, health, and safety regulations always
SALES TEAM SUPPORT –
- Support the sales teams in key projects to provide consistency, reliability, and efficiency.
- Advise and support the Sales Meeting Budget process across the business units.
- Flow to work support for Sales Team/Sales Operations as needed.

- Skilled in organization and planning; including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in budgeting and negotiation
- Proven capability in maintaining and building enriching business relationships
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions to achieve company and business-unit objectives
- Ability to lift boxes up to 25lbs.
- Ability and willingness to travel 10-15%
