Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance for high-net-worth individuals, architects, and interior designers seeking premium residential construction services through relationship and budget development.
• Understand the bidding and estimating phase of budget development
• Understand market trends, costs, and stay at the forefront of industry advancements in material selections and options.
• Cultivate and manage both internal and external client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with our design and construction teams to guide clients in making design and material selections.
• Utilize your exceptional negotiation skills to finalize selections agreements, ensuring win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
• Participate in ensuring that the chosen selections align with the construction and design specifications for new homes and renovations.

Desired Qualifications:

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Proven track record in selections coordination or similar roles within the design/construction industries.
• In-depth knowledge of residential construction budgeting, design trends, materials selections, and construction processes.
• Outstanding communication, relationship development, and presentation skills to engage and guide clients and design team partners including: interior designers and architects.
• Strong financial acumen to ensure selections align with budgets.
• Passion for the high-end residential design/construction market and a keen eye for luxury trends and design.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and build strong professional relationships.
