Stryker is seeking to hire a Project Manager to support Stryker’s Trauma and Extremities division. This role is hybrid, being on-site three days per week and is located in Redmond, WA. Emergency Care | Stryker

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Project Manager, you will use project management techniques to support the Emergency Care commercial operations in various ventures for our products. This Project Manager will be responsible for multiple projects through the change management process to meet deadlines within a regulated medical device environment. You will have accountability and authority for achieving a project’s objectives. You will direct a multi-disciplinary team aiming to complete a project. Under general direction, responsible for the leadership and directing of moderate complexity projects, which may require considerable resources.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project.
- Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope, review with manager for approval. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure (project plan).
- Estimate, acquire and assign project team resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews.
- Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path and major workstreams.
- Collaborate with supervisor and/or project program manager to establish sub-project budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget.
- Partner with project team to create project Quality Plans using 1-2 quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans.
- Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan.
- Contribute in the development of a Procurement Management Plan and collaborate on the selection of procurement partners
- Develop and Execute the communications management plan for project team and the needs of key stakeholders

WHAT YOU NEED:
Required:
- Bachelor’s of Science
- Minimum of 4 years' demonstrated project management experience in at least one discipline (Finance, Procurement, IS, R&D, Operations, etc.)
Preferred:
- PMP or equivalent
- Knowledge of EU MDR and/or FDA Medical device requirements
- Experience in launching new or updated products, redesigns, line extensions or maintenance items in a medical device, food, or pharma company
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office Suite, Outlook and Adobe Suite)
- Utilize proper software to maintain project records such as MS Project, MS Excel, Planview, JIRA or Trello
$84,100 - $134,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
