UIG Tanks is a renowned Engineering & Construction company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality water storage tanks. Committed to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in overseeing our diverse projects.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring they align with company goals and client requirements.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Resource Allocation:
- Collaborate with the Field Coordination Manager to allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure that project teams are well-coordinated to meet project milestones.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, contractors, and internal team members.
- Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and ensure effective communication throughout the project.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all projects meet or exceed industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to guarantee the highest level of workmanship.
Budget Management:
- Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial goals are met.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with each project.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
Client Satisfaction:
- Foster positive client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Address client concerns promptly and work towards exceeding their expectations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Industrial Engineering or Construction industry.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to plan, execute, and complete projects on time and within budget.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teams.
- Quality Focus: Strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in project delivery.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and mitigate risks, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
