Project Manager - Buffalo, New York + West Coast U.S. and Asia
DISHER is partnering with the leader in high-end clamps, rings, straps and quick connectors for a wide range of mobility and industrial applications. They are seeking a Project Manager who can manager 2 main projects with the goal of leading them forward to launch.
This will be a long-term, contract role. One of the projects is anticipated to run into 2025 and the other into 2026. You will be on contract through DISHER working on-site in Buffalo, NY. There will be the need for occasional travel to the west coast (U.S.) and Asia for customer interface and supplier meetings.

What you will get to do:- Responsible for overall project execution (scope / time / cost / quality / risk)
- Owns project plan and its execution from the idea initiation to product and process maturity.
- Provides project status and project documentation (scope / time / cost / quality / risk)
- Ensures alignment of all related Work Packages (WPs)
- Managing cross-functional teams, including conflict and stakeholder (internal and external) management
- Planning and management of project-related personnel resources
- Preparation and execution of project meetings as well as creation and updating of project controlling
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- PMP certified, preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project management in a global, manufacturing environment
- Experience with Solidworks, Meridian, Atlassian (Confluence, Jira), SAP, Comindware, Microsoft (Teams, Word, Excel, Project online, Powerpoint, OneNote, Sharepoint, Power BI)
- Ability to effectively work cross-functionally in a global environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects and timelines and work under pressure
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Strong motivational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to speak and write in English at an advanced level
- Current and continuing right to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
