What you will do

• Our company is looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager focused on solution delivery to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of computer vision software and hardware solutions to customers in the retail store environment.
• You will work closely with our internal team of engineers, data scientists, and customer success managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
• Work with the Sr. Manager of AI/ML to develop project plans and timelines for the implementation of computer vision solutions for customers in the retail store environment.

How you will do it

• Develop, use, and maintain project tracking tools to create access to retail delivery projects, stage of progress, and responsible party(s).
• Manage project resources including personnel, hardware, and software to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with internal teams and customers to keep everyone informed of project progress and any issues that need to be addressed.
• Ensure that project scope, timelines, and budgets are clearly communicated and agreed upon by all collaborators.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, including mitigation and resolution plans.
• Track project financials and report on budget status regularly.
• Act as the point of contact for customer escalations, and work with the customer success team to address any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Continuously find opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to senior management.

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with experience delivering software and hardware solutions.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience with CCTV systems, computer vision and/or AI/ML solutions is strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve project goals.
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
