Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
One or more years of experience performing product management or business analysis
Two or more years of experience leading agile software development projects
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and verbal)
Solid organizational skills, including leadership, attention to detail, and multi-tasking
Logical, decisive, proactive, and action-oriented
Provide structure and discern priorities in situations with high levels of ambiguity and change
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Project
Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI-ACP certification preferred
Basic understanding of information systems and security infrastructure
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in the fields of computer science, business, or communications
Knowledge of web-based software application implementations
Experience managing complex data migration projects
Professional certifications: CMS, PMP, CAPM, CISSP, CISA, CCBA, CCMP, AgileBA, or AgilePM
Experience with any of these: Ryan White Programs, NIST 800-53/18, HIPAA, and HITECH security
Experience with software product development or judicial information or public health systems
