Ornua Foods North America's drive for growth is supported by a long-term project pipeline. The Project Manager role is focused on the delivery of Ornua Foods North America and wider global projects. The role will work daily with cross-functional team members, both internally, externally, locally, and internationally to deliver projects with tangible business benefits. A successful Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to a successful delivery of project objectives while owning all phases of the project lifecycle, stakeholder management, team leadership, risk management, scope management, schedule management, and communications management.
Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Support the Innovation process in all aspects to ensure smooth, on-time, and successful launches
• Manage OFNA innovation, renovation, and modification projects from idea to launch
• Own project planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing phases
• Adhere to and champion PMO standards for project management
• Communicate with cross-functional team and stakeholders for project needs, updates, risks, and timing

What You Bring To The Role:

• Undergraduate degree required
• 2-4 years in a medium to large organization, preference to CPG
• 2-4 years of disciplined project management experience
• Experience with stage gate, stakeholder management, leading cross-functional teams, risk/scope/schedule/communication management
• Preferred: Currently holding or actively pursuing a project management certification (CAPM, PMP)
