We're looking for sales professionals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the products being sold. The ideal candidates will not only be able to connect with customers easily on a personal level, but will be well-versed in the company's marketing collateral and able to quickly find answers when customers need help. A successful Sales Representative for our company will have the ability to identify problems, work with his or her supervisor to develop solutions and then communicate those solutions to colleagues at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Create a sales strategy and business plan.
- Meet or exceed financial goals or quotas.
- Initiate and close sales.
- Target new customers.
- Oversee customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
