Job Summary:
ITS, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to provide strategic approach, stakeholder engagement, and implementation assistance to address key Project Nexus (C2, Targeting, and ISR enterprise convergence) challenges and opportunities, as they align/integrate in new ways to support ACE, JADC2, and other operational/strategic outcomes. Additionally, provide project management schedules and POA&M tracking for the four distinct mission areas (Kingpin, BACN, Air Battle Management System [ABMS] Family of Systems [FoS], and Spectrum Warfare [SW] Group), in support of the Robins Air Force Base (AFB), GA transition project teams and ACC leadership.

Key tasks and lines of effort, outlined in COMACC guidance, are accurately tracked, and maintained in classified knowledge management systems. The Nexus Initial Planning team can visualize, recognize, and act upon key Nexus opportunities, challenges, and next steps toward achieving Nexus initial and full operating capability in support of strategic transformation and national security objectives. Additionally, the Robins AFB transition teams and ACC leadership are effectively supported through project data visualization and scheduling tools to prevent scheduling conflicts and/or delays.
- Maintain and update the Nexus SIPR EPMS (Jira/Confluence) site as required
- Attend Nexus Initial Planning Team (IPT) meetings and ensure status updates, OPRs, and action items are captured and reflected in SIPR EPMS
- Communicate and collaborate new SIPR EPMS site requirements to Jira/Confluence developers
- Build and update (semi-monthly) task tracking dashboard in Power BI for leadership review
- Collaborate and attend meetings with stakeholders and Project Managers to collect, compile, and present ACC/Robins Transition OPT data for regular status updates and monthly briefings
- Proficiency using Jira software and Confluence workspaces to plan, execute, and track organizational projects
- Proficiency using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, and Microsoft Planner to optimize and automate organizational workflows and processes
- Strong understanding of data analysis and visualization principles to present information and data in a visual and meaningful way with the use of graphics, images, and dynamic interactive tools
- Understanding of Air Force Core Missions and the Joint Targeting process
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
Clearance Requirement:
- TS/SCI required
- Access to NIPR and SIPR will be required. Access to JWICS and/or Secure Compartmented Facilities (SCIF) may be required to support some activities and tasks
