Job Description: Project Manager - ARPA/Care and Case Management (CCM)
Role Overview:
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects aligned with the deliverable specifications outlined in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for projects 6.08 CCM System Investments and 8.02 Provider Oversight. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership capabilities, and adept coordination skills to ensure successful project completion within designated timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management:
- Devise, direct, refine, and manage ARPA project plans within the Operations and Administration Division.
- Research, document, and recommend prioritization of enhancements to the Care and Case Management (CCM) Tool funded by ARPA monies.
- Initiate and finalize scope change requests required by relevant departments to execute contract amendments necessary for CCM Tool modifications.
- Coordinate ARPA work across divisions and external stakeholders to align projects with the Governor’s eHealth strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Evaluate stakeholders' needs and engage them as necessary throughout ARPA projects.
- Analyze existing communication processes and develop external communication plans.
- Document all processes and projects as required by Office management post-ARPA projects finalization.
- Project Execution and Reporting:
- Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with leadership and external stakeholders.
- Initiate resource dialogue with relevant departments to complete assigned projects.
- Develop, plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to external stakeholders and Department staff.
- Deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations relative to projects.
- Risk Management and Evaluation:
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and devise contingency plans in consultation with Leadership.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
- Evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and key success factors post-completion.
- Collaborative Support:
- Assist the Operations and Administration Division’s Provider Enrollment team in enrolling Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) providers when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in government or healthcare sectors.
- Proficiency in Google Suite apps, project planning document templates, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ARPA regulations and compliance standards preferred.

Pay: $36.00 - $53.00 per hour
