HOW YOU WILL SOAR:
The Project Manager will report to the Sr. Project Manager in the Project Management Department. This role is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of an entire project through budgeting, hiring team members, collaboration to support sourcing suppliers and planning the project release. Their duties include setting deadlines, providing feedback, and communicating with clients about the status of their project.
Define project scope, objective and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, dependencies and resource allocation based on budgetary needs
Host project meetings at least once a week with team and managers to track progress, address issues and provide updates
Foster collaboration and communication among team members to ensure effective project execution. Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
Identify project stakeholders, manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns and provide regular project updates
Monitor project progress against established plan, identifying deviations and taking corrective actions
Continuously manage project risks and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies
Other duties as assigned
IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:
Bachelor's Degree or related field experience
4-7 years of applicable experience
PMP or other project management certifications required
Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature
Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines
An affinity for accuracy and efficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
An aptitude for prioritization and multi-tasking
Strong collaboration skills
A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
