Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful completion of projects within the given time frame and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Duties:

- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project goals, objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop contingency plans as needed

- Conduct regular project status meetings to keep stakeholders informed of project updates and milestones

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations

- Utilize project management tools such as Jetbuilt, to track tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering)

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role

- Ability to read archetectual drawings and mark-ups

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams

- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience in program management is a plus

- Proficient in quality management principles and practices

- Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts

- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients

- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the country to job sites
