SUMMARY: Ensures that operations and production run smoothly by performing the essential functions below.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Management of production projects within the facility.
Performs capacity studies and capacity planning in alignment with customer support
Creates, revises and updates the facility plan
Determines packaging for parts using totes and bins, maintain fleet calculator.
Orders the proper amount of totes and bin for customer requirements.
Creates and maintains jobs in the appropriate systems.
Creation and maintenance of purchase orders and tool tags.
Creates and maintains routing using our ERP system.
Creates and maintains BOM’s (Bill of Materials) using our ERP system.
Performs cost estimating responsibilities for plant.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant experience is required.
Detail orientated and experience with Plex.
