As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Engineering Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the success and growth of our organization. The Engineering Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of capital projects across multiple sites within The Duckhorn Portfolio. This role will manage a variety of projects supporting all aspects of company operations, including retail/hospitality, winemaking, bottling/packaging, and vineyards.
What we will ask you to do:
- Plan, Budget, Monitor and Report the project with the use of various project management tools against key deliverables and milestones.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of capital projects to ensure they are completed on time and within the budget.
- Plan and allocate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project life cycle through regular progress reports.
- Collaborate with various department stakeholders to conceive projects that achieve the strategic goals of the organization with an emphasis on improving safety, quality, operational costs and reducing risk by setting measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrate strong leadership, self-management, and team management skills.
- Analyze current state and bring innovative new approaches to current issues and determine how to significantly enhance existing capabilities.
- Make recommendations to senior management on improvements to facilities and equipment that support capacity, capability, and business continuity.
- Recommend, support, justify and lead the implementation of equipment or facility layout.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or related fields.
- 5+ years of project and/or construction management experience.
- Excellent communication skills – both formal and informal with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to assemble and manage effective teams.
- Skills required: Math, organization, data analysis, critical thinking, detail oriented, effective communication, technical skills, and time management.

- The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $110,000.
