Description
JOB SUMMARY
This highly driven individual will grow, maintain and manage the day-to-day cabinet opportunities. This includes relationship development, site visits, "one on one" meeting, product presentations, order and proposal creation, job management and accounts receivable follow-up if needed. This position works closely with the sales support, production, and operation teams to ensure continuity in product offering and company goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop expert level of understanding in all aspects of Cabinet Division, including business development, order entry, receiving, scheduling, warranty, and field management.
- Create business offers for individual builders.
- Implement best processes to improve division's efficiency.
- Monitor work schedules and routines to maintain an acceptable level of sales and profit for the cabinet products.
- Frequently communicate and interact directly with Project Manager and Sales.
- Promote and enhance customer relations.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- One year of related experience in cabinet design
- Knowledgeable with CAD programs

$50-75K Annually
