As a Project Manager at COCC, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of enterprise processing solutions to financial institutions in the northeastern United States. What you'll do...
- Perform project management according to PMO process for projects spanning multiple departments, coordinating the efforts of all groups.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress and identify any risks or issues.
- Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
What you'll bring...
- Bachelors degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications
- Demonstrated experience in project management process
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and propose efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex application issues
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks from events/projects in a demanding work environment
- Experience with Smartsheet a plus
- PMP or other project management certification a plus
- Advanced communication skills, including the development of agendas and documentation of meetings via minutes and action items
Salary Range for this role is $61,200-$91,800 per year
