Job Description
We are a solar design & installation company located in Boulder seeking a project coordinator to join our team! Our ideal candidate would have experience working in a fast-paced office. We are looking for someone who is dependable, can take direction well and work as part of a team. This role would be comprised of administrative tasks as well as overseeing residential projects from start to finish.

What We're Asking of You:
- Ensure jobs are scheduled in a timely manner and that crews are kept busy performing revenue generating work. Address any issues creating bottlenecks.
- Communicate with teams regarding job specifications, installation schedule, safety issues, permitting, material availability/delivery, and customer specific issues.
- Work collaboratively in project development, construction, and commissioning phases, offering expertise and assistance.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to choose suitable electrical components, equipment, and materials for PV installations.
- Assist with Interconnection Applications with local utilities
- Submit permit applications in a multitude of AHJ's
- Keep track of numerous projects simultaneously
- Draft & submit change orders as needed throughout the project.
- Communicate with PM's, Superintendents, other contractors on commercial projects.
- Be able to adapt to changes or expansions in a project’s deliverables while maintaining the overall project timeline
- Ability to multi-task and arbitrate between conflicting priorities with clear target setting and follow-through capability in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
- Track & submit payment applications per project using Textura
- Must have a valid current driver license
- Must be proficient in Google Suite & other commonly used software and applications
- Previous experience in CRM/project management software experience
- ProCore or BIM360 a plus
- Previous solar experience preferred
Compensation depends on experience. This is a full-time M-F job.
