WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Project Manager in our Air Conditioning Technologies Group focused on New Product Introduction (NPI), you will work in a fast paced organization delivering product introductions in the US/NA market by developing, leading, and managing multiple project timelines organized by product, and ensuring successful on-time execution.
This position will work with VP of Operations to identify and establish goals and deliverables and will identify and work with internal/external resources as required for timely completion of each project within the established NPI process in Air Conditioning Technologies division.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement NPI management best practices, procedures and methodologies to achieve goals
- Reviews and confirms all aspects of NPI project gate entry and exit criteria for gate reviews
- Define scope, budget and schedule for NPI projects
- Develop, Lead, and Manage multiple project timelines, and ensuring successful on-time execution
- Ensure project execution within target budget and timelines
- Identify and work with internal/external resources and manage project team member’s deliverables to execute projects effectively and efficiently
- Manage resource assignment, work allocation and software and hardware requirements for NPI projects
- Conduct regular project status meetings with project team.
- Identify risks and recommend appropriate resolutions• Provide reports regarding project progress status, delays and issues
- Provide training to related departments regarding use of tools, systems, and processes
- Create, publish, and present ad hoc management reports to senior management as required
- Promotes and reinforces the principal of continuous process improvement with project team members
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED;
- BS degree in business or relevant experience
- 10 + years of relevant professional experience in Project management
- Prior Program Office Management (PMO) experience prefered
- PMP Certification preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Advanced working knowledge of Excel is preferred
- Strong presentation and communications skills
- Working knowledge of Sales Operations, ERP software platforms, databases, industry best practices
- Excellent leader and communication skills with a history of positive collaboration across disparate functions and/or teams
- Detail orientated
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within teams
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism in high pressure situations
- Bi Lingual English /Korean preferred
Salary Range $75,000 - 93,500
This base pay range is based on US national averages.
