POSITION PURPOSE
Adobe Population Health is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who provides crucial support to the operations department by performing a wide range of tasks for the Director of Project Management. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of various projects within the healthcare organization. This role requires critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating projects while ensuring adherence to budget, timelines, and quality standards. They play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and improving patient care outcomes through effective project management. The ideal candidate should have some relevant project management experience, preferably in the Healthcare and/or IT space as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based out of our Phoenix office (16th St. and Glendale Ave.) and reports to the Director of Project Management.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely execution and adherence to established timelines.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, administrators, and technical teams.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, department heads, executive leadership, and external partners.
- Actively engage stakeholders in project planning, progress updates, and decision-making processes. Communicate project objectives, status, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Define and track project metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success criteria.
- Generate regular project status reports, highlighting progress, issues, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future improvements.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Project Management.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in project management.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Some Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, compliance, and quality standards.
- Prior experience in a similar industry or knowledge of industry-specific project management practices is a plus.
- Experience in Operations preferred.
- Experience in IT preferred.
- Click-Up experience a plus.
EDUCATION, LICENSES, & CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Project Management certification (CAPM, APM, PMP, PPM, CSM, or related cert) is welcome.
