Bowler Pons Solutions Consultants, LLC (Bowler Pons) is looking for an experienced  Project Manager to join our nationally-distributed team supporting a predominantly military customer base. This position is based out of our Annapolis, MD headquarters; hybrid work arrangements will be considered after a 30-day onboarding period, but in-person workdays will be required at least 2-3 times/month. Occasional client-directed domestic travel may be required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, track, and manage project schedules and resource plans
• Define and track project metrics, forecast future trends, and manage change
• Coordinate the tasking and contributions of distributed team members from both within and outside the company
• Understand company and customer financial processes in order to support informed decision-making
• Work with technical teammates to define material requirements, request quotes from appropriate vendors, and monitor purchasing process/supply chain
• Support development of cost and technical proposals
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, contracting partners, and vendors

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship
• Eligibility and willingness to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
• At least ten (10) years of technical project or program management experience, preferably in delivering systems/services to the Federal Government
• At least a bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline from an accredited university. Additional years of technical project management experience will be considered in lieu of a relevant degree
• At least five (5) years of experience leading cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to multi-task and oversee multiple simultaneous program efforts
• Superior oral and written communication skills; comfortable communicating directly with senior-level client leadership and technical subject matter experts
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Experience producing client-ready deliverables with minimal direction/oversight
• Expert-level facility with Microsoft Office products/tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Additional Desired Qualifications:

• Project or Program Management certification (e.g., PMI PMP)
• Experience with one or more Deltek project management tools (e.g., Costpoint, Vantagepoint)
• Experience with project planning and scheduling methodologies/tools such as Agile, Scrum, or Jira
