We are accepting applications for full time Project Managers. These positions will require travel an estimated 30% of the year.
Responsibilities:
Management
- Coordination of facility maintenance projects and rollouts including procurement of labor and materials, assisting with project and rollout logistics, scheduling and overseeing all stages of project pipeline
- Develop brand expertise as client liaison
Support
- Assist in preparation of documentation, layout and communication tolls to vendors, clients and internal staff
Lead
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Wide range of coordination tasks using our software systems
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Ability to thrive in a tight deadline environment
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Proficient in time management, budget management, risk management
- Must be able to travel on demand as needed
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency – Apple products experience a plus
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience a plus
- Project Management, Construction or Retail experience required
