The Project Manager Position

Due to organic growth, the Company is hiring a Project Manager to join its growing team. The Project Manager manages projects and is primarily responsibility for overall safety, profitability and quality of projects. This role will work with professionals throughout the Company to coordinate estimates and bid support including take-offs, estimates, proposals and pricing.

The Project Manager will be involved in project planning (including schedules), change order management, subcontractor coordination and maintaining project controls such as safety forms, work plans, submittals, and RFIs.

Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities of the Project Manager Position:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably within the Steel industry
• Effective problem solving and time management skills
