Project Management Office

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Conduct requirements analysis and gather project requirements from stakeholders
- Develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Create and maintain project documentation, such as project charters, schedules, and status reports
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with project team members and stakeholders
- Provide project leadership by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and resolving issues or conflicts
- Ensure quality management throughout the project lifecycle by conducting regular reviews and audits
- Utilize PMBOK methodologies and best practices to drive project success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals
- Manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in IT Project Management or related roles
- Strong knowledge of Project Management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Proficient in using Visio for process mapping and documentation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in conflict management and resolution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
