Project Management Engineer

Axcess Staffing Services is seeking an Project Management Engineer in the Irving, TX area!

Responsibilities:

-Targeting and assigning work orders
-Setting up rooms
-Estimating time
-Ordering materials
-Overseeing project to completion
-Moving cabinets
-Entire room renovations
-Details drawing from contractors and supervising work

Desired Background/Skills:

-Experience: 5 years of Facilities, Project Management or related experience; Knowledgeable of Building Codes IMC, IPC, IBC. Proficient user of Micro Soft Suite/ Excel/ Micro Project. Drafting experience is a plus (CAD Program, 2D lay out) 2 years of Technical/Mech/ Elec with design work
– Ability to work effectively within a team /Self Motivated/ Knowledgeable of Building Codes, HVAC/ Fire Prevention; firm understanding of engineering drawings;
– Scheduling tool experience preferred
– B.S. in Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering; or relevant combination of education and experience
