Job Description Summary: To collect and analyze routing department projects, issues, and concerns; develop alternatives to accomplish department planning objectives. To provide project communication, documentation and coordination independently or assist in a specific portion of a larger or more complex project for department processes.
Job Specific Information: This position is for a critical Enterprise Technology contract management, business partner and financial compliance role. This team’s mission is to provide business management support for investments and support contracts across the global Enterprise Technology organization. This role reports to the Manager of Enterprise Technology Financial Management & Cloud FinOps within the IT Asset Management organization and will assist with the forecasting and payment of several key FedEx suppliers.
- Support project managers and/or contract owners with overseeing and coordinating project investments.
- Coordinate legal documentation with suppliers and legal department using financial and document management systems.
- Process accruals and invoice payments with disbursements.
- Review and track contracts and financials.
- Monitoring project activities
- Providing analytical support for various projects
- Assisting in budget analysis and financial analysis
- Preparing and maintaining documentation
- Contributing to project planning
- Experience with Microsoft O365 Suite of Tools, Smartsheet, Power BI
- Accounting or contract management experience
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Business and Financial Acumen
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
- Agile Lean Portfolio Management
- Accounting, Revenue or Disbursements Experience
- FP&A Experience.

Remote Verbiage: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in a quantitative discipline. Two years’ experience in Project Management, product development, business /financial and analysis or systems design/development. Experience in use of Project Management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical organization and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.

Salary Range Estimate: Monthly Salary: $5,408.00 - $6,934.00. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role.
