Position Title: PROJECT EXECUTION LEADER
Location: FIELD/OFFICE
FLSA Class: EXEMPT
Responsible to: VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS - POWER
Position Summary: As a VoltaGrid’s Project Execution Leader you will have the opportunity to build and manage our Project Manager Division in our growing business. The Project Execution Leader will be responsible for installations including organization of internal and external resources.
This role is key to the success of VoltaGrid’s five core values: Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Integrity, Innovation, and Sustainability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop procedures for project implementation and monitoring to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Manage the development of project documentation and deliverables.
- Monitor projects and highlight risks identified.
- Create mitigation efforts to minimize risk.
- Monitor the budget throughout the project cycle and highlight areas where costs are out of budget.
- Ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure a safe working environment and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development of direct reports.
- Develop short-term and long-term goals and strategies to better our customers and the company.
- Prepare reports, including yearly budgets, monthly operational reports, and other detailed project statuses.
- Other duties as assigned.
Educational and Other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project Management Certification.
- 5+ Years of Experience in Power Generation and/or Medium Voltage Systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work individually and as a team.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal customers.
- Sound decision-making based upon a mixture of analysis, experience, and judgment.
