Project Estimator

```Duties```

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects

- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for estimating purposes

- Utilize construction estimating software to create estimates

- Research and obtain pricing for materials, equipment, and subcontractors

- Evaluate bids and proposals from subcontractors and suppliers

- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques

- Proficient in using construction estimating software

- Familiarity with project management and construction management processes

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
