JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position processes quote requests and provides costs and confirmation of products to the customer. It’s a great opportunity to work with a privately held group that takes pride in their work, providing the highest level of quality and service to customers!

Pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMBs) are a type of construction system that utilizes steel frames and components that are fabricated and assembled at a factory before being transported to the construction site for final assembly. These buildings have gained popularity in various industries and applications due to their cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and versatility. Here are some key aspects to consider about pre-engineered metal buildings!

Typical Functions:

• Evaluate bid specifications and drawings
• Provide accurate and timely cost estimates, contracts and supporting documents
• Review design changes and modify quote accordingly
• Communicate with customers and sales team to qualify project expectations

Qualifications

• Proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and MBS.
• Must have the ability to interpret blueprints and bid specifications.
• General construction knowledge.
• Experience in Pre-Engineered Metal building Industry (PEMB).
• Related associate degree and/or equivalent work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Metal Building Estimating: 2 years (Required)
• MBS/Metal Building Software: 2 years (Required)
• PEMB/Pre-Engineered Metal Building company: 2 years (Required)
