Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Project Engineer:

• Lead critical manufacturing enhancement projects focused on elevating safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Provide technical acumen while collaborating with both internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Evaluate key systems and coordinate their seamless integration into overall facility operations
• Direct suppliers in analyzing current and proposed product/process designs to optimize process efficiency and product quality

Requirements for Manufacturing Project Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale capital projects, encompassing concept ideation, project financing, and end-to-end execution
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes pertaining to cast materials, machining, and process control documentation
• Proven track record in assessing business scenarios and executing strategic decisions to enhance organizational performance within large-scale, complex CAPEX projects
