Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and support staff, to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure that engineering deliverables meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure financial success.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, addressing engineering challenges and ensuring the application of best practices.
- Conducts cost analysis throughout the project in order to determine estimates to complete and/or additional funding requirements.
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Ensures compliance with client contractual requirements, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen.
- Proactive and initiative-driven, anticipating client needs.
- Authorization to work for any U.S. employer.
Education & Experience:
- Professional Engineer (P.E.): Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of petrochemical project-related experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of desk work, including sitting and computer usage.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds when required.
