Work you'll do/Responsibilities  

  • Candidate will be working from our client's office and provide on-site support on the Nuvolo solution.
  • Candidate will assist in troubleshooting Nuvolo application issues, support data requests, meet with end-users to answer questions on system functionality, perform system configurations.
  • Manage the Deloitte support team and coordinate Nuvolo application requests from end-users and client stakeholders.
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers, product owners, project team members, and client representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from management.
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4 plus years of ServiceNow implementation experience or Nuvolo experience
  • ServiceNow certification
  • Good understanding of multiple ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Project Management skills
  • Functional skills in IT ticket management
  • Ability to translate technology functionality into process improvements
  • Must be willing to relocate to North West Arkansas and willing to work at client site. Relocation assistance is available.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

  • Experience in facilities management, maintenance & operations or space management
  • Experience with Nuvolo or similar workplace solutions
  • Analytical / decision making responsibilities
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Ability to work independently or with minimum supervision
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
