Work you'll do/Responsibilities
- Engaging in design thinking workshops and using techniques such as - Personas, empathy maps, customer journey maps, story maps to promote product insight and understanding
- Eliciting and documenting the requirements - Capabilities, Features, Epics and User stories and acceptance criteria
- Defining the minimum viable product (MVP)
- Working with System Architect/Engineering to understand Enabler work, to prioritize the work
- Managing and prioritizing the flow of work by leading the Product Backlog refinement sessions
- Reviewing the completed stories and providing acceptance and/ or feedback to the team
- Incorporating feedback from the stakeholders from the review sessions, into the Product backlog
- Collaborating with the team to meet the team's Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
- Collaborating with the stakeholders to resolve any conflicting requirements and/ or development priorities
- Collaborating with the team to clarify questions, resolve impediments and remove blockers.
- Collaborating with the team to clarify questions, resolve impediments and remove blockers Work with Client executives to define L1, L2, L3 OKRs
- Work closely with Analytics team on Adobe and Quantum Metrics
- Work towards building parity between web and mobile apps to enable a uniform user experience across platforms.
The Team
Our Digital Foundry & Operations works with the Enterprise Operations group to bring a flexible capability and fluid capacity model to the delivery of small technology projects and enhancements.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with Digital Product Management developing consumer-facing digital products (Mobile and/or Web)
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, SAFe/Scrum, Scaled Agile, Road-mapping, Feature Construction, User Story Writing, Adobe & Tableau Analytics, OKRs, User Experience Interviewing, and Digital Product
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications
- Product Management experience in Health Care
- Experience with design/road-mapping tools such as FIGMA and Miro
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Git, Perfecto Mobile, Selenium WebDriver, Jenkins

At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $126,000 to $210,000.
