Project Delivery Manager- Costpoint ERP Lead - PDM

Work you'll do/Responsibilities 

• Act as Costpoint ERP techno/functional lead on premier client project
• IBM FileNet/datacap system support
• SAP Config Master
• Support installation, configuration, and administration of FileNet P8 components.
• Partner with clients to analyze and define business requirements
• Troubleshooting and optimizing FileNet systems for performance and reliability
• Utilize modern software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.
• This is a remote role.

We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations. 

Qualifications 

Required 

• 10+ years' experience as FileNet System and Costpoint Administrator
• 8+ years in consulting or client facing roles
• 8+ years' experience in installation, configuration, and administration of FileNet P8 and Deltek Costpoint components
• Strong proficiency in integrating and interfacing Costpoint with other enterprise systems
• SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA expertise
• Strong knowledge Enterprise Content Management principles and best practices
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing FileNet systems for performance and reliability
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to Costpoint and ability to drive adherence.
• Knowledge of coding best practices and principles to encourage maintainability and readability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions. Experience and comfort working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
• Multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail
• Solid understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred 

• Experience with programming languages (JavaScript, Python) or technologies (Azure, AWS)
• FileNet certification
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
