Description:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Support the Project Manager by maintaining document control and tracking project activities within project timelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with market Project Managers and market Finance members to receive Purchase Order Requests and process PO creations.
- Individual needs to review open PO reports to confirm the request is not a duplicate and work with Project Managers when milestones are completed to ensure the timely closing of POs.
- Responsibilities will include monthly reporting on PO creations, Open POs, and receiving needs.
- Will support Engineering (Development, RF, Operations) supporting new site build, site mods, backhaul, and special projects
Skillset Matrix Manager Notes:
- Experience with Finance & Purchasing Standards for Purchase Orders and Receiving is Required.
- Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc): Familiarity with SAP/Ariba & Scopeworker is preferred.
- What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) Processing Purchase Order Requests and reviewing open POs for duplicates and closure opportunities.
- Preferred background/prior work experience? Accounting and/or Telecommunications as PC or PM
- Priority soft skills: Excel, Outlook, Incubator Software
