Lumen is seeking early-career or second-career self-starters who are self-motivated individuals interested in project management. You will participate in our Ops Academy which is a robust training program to jump-start and enable your success in this role. You will learn to manage projects utilizing our technology, networks, products, processes, and customer service best practices.
This is an onsite position in our FL market.
Office location: 2820 Cargo St Ft Myers, FL 33916
- Analyzes and updates work plans and schedules. Develops methodologies, procedures, and systems to produce project tracking & reporting.
- Develops/updates project progress and status reports.
- Responsible for the progress of assigning & tracking complex projects & processes within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.
- Tracking of projects, tracks project issues/risks, & document progress and prepare status reports (metrics, summaries, etc.).
- Communication of project critical dates and coordination with external and internal schedules related to the activity and workload.
- Coordinates the creation of work schedules and maintains active work planning through use of gaunt charts and related work tracking methods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Knowledgeable and able to work in appropriate systems and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years related experience in telecommunications, engineering, or network planning or equivalent.
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$48700 - $60975 in these states: FL
