Job Description: We are seeking a Project Coordinator who is passionate about supporting minority women entrepreneurs. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating the Magnify Mastermind program, ensuring efficient operation of peer group meetings, monthly full group gatherings, and supporting the development and execution of program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule peer group meetings and monthly full group gatherings.
- Assist Program Manager in delivering program materials and tools for participants.
- Facilitate communication between participants, mentors, and program staff.
- Support the implementation of program strategies to ensure participant engagement and program effectiveness.
- Manage logistical aspects of the program, including venue arrangements, technology setup, and material distribution.
- Monitor and report on program progress and participant feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of program activities.
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with a focus on program coordination.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of the unique challenges faced by minority women entrepreneurs, particularly Latina and Black women.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management tools.
- Experience in coordinating educational, entrepreneurial, or community development programs is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) are a plus.
Knowledge or experience in entrepreneurship, business development, or a related field
