Site Portal®, a customizable Web-based software, was engineered by C Squared Systems to remotely monitor and manage these complex multi-vendor environments.

Position Overview:
As a Project Coordinator at C Squared Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Your time would be split between coordinating work for two offices, Syracuse NY and Lanham MD. Lanham MD will be supported remotely from the Syracuse office. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive scheduling and coordination of all aspects of projects including coordination with facilities and customers, construction managers/engineers and relaying details of scope of work to assigned personnel for Syracuse and Maryland offices. Project Coordinator will focus on approximately 20 employees.
- Maintain a daily work schedule for all field work allocating the proper resources and test equipment to complete the job.
- Utilize current scheduling software and enforce its utilization amongst the team.
- Provide status updates on applicable projects to customers following completion of work.
- Oversee, coordinate, and assist with the maintenance of the seven-vehicle fleet of company trucks and SUV’s.
- Oversee and maintain company owned test equipment and coordination of rentals as needed.
- Occasional site visits to survey, meet customers and learn the overall field duties in order to understand the scheduling needs.
- Maintain stock of inventory and office supplies.
- Perform administrative tasks such as timely invoicing and purchase order tracking with customers for active projects.
- Work may at times extend outside regular business hours and beyond a 40 hour work week.
- Occasional travel to MD office.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently (minimal supervision) and collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
