We are searching for an associate ready to step into a Project Coordinator role and become an integral part of the PPR Fabrication Team located in Fulton, Mississippi.
This role is an entry to intermediate level position for projects. This associate will report directly to the Project Team Leader and will focus on the coordination of awarded projects. Our Project Management group will be executing orders that will require additional assistance from the Project Coordinator. Documentation, expediting, communicating with the customer on status update reports, and ensuring they have a great experience once the order is placed are some of the primary functions of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Primarily focus on documentation, expediting, and customer status updates.
- Perform order entry in this role.
- Support internal and external customers, including the sales team.
- Manage project tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Work with all associates to support projects.
- Form solid relationships to establish trust with entire district to work seamlessly together.
- Learn and train continually, specifically Project Management processes.
- Coordinate PPR fabrication scheduling between the internal and external customers and the fabrication shop.
- Assist PPR fabrication group as needed.
- Provide and document communication between the fabrication process and the internal and external customers.
- Perform and assist with quality control processes.
- Perform and assist with PPR training and presentations.
- Perform and assist with safety initiatives.
- Coordinate, conduct and attend meetings to support PPR fabrication and installation sales and trainings.
- Support sales, fabrication and training strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Trilogie is highly preferred.
- Previous project experience is a plus!
- Ability to assist in credits, returns, and operational tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and possess a high aptitude for learning quickly.
- A high level of integrity when problem solving.
- Ability to organize and prioritize a full workload.
- Be a team player.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, PDF conversions, and other computer applications.

Pay Range:
- $15.97 - $26.18
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
