Primary Responsibilities:
- Consistently upholds and demonstrates the Right at Home core values: Authentic, Accountable, Collaborative, Integrity and Approachable
- Manages an ongoing, ever-evolving, diverse project portfolio
- Sets and manages expectations, develops detailed project plans, defines project scope, creates working teams, and assigns team members to specific tasks
- Conducts internal and external research based on project needs and proactively engages those stakeholders as needed
- Anticipates project impact on current operating procedures and takes steps to address
- Proactively mitigates roadblocks, challenges, or complications within projects assigned
- Creates communication and change management plans
- Ensures all projects are completed on time, on budget, and within scope
- Sets timelines, minimizes delays, and develops alternate plans
- Plans, creates, and facilitates presentations, workshops, and training associated with project coordination
- Partners with leadership under Strategic Operations to identify collaboration opportunities
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate value via Smartsheet Dashboard and presentations
- Provides an extraordinary experience for all stakeholders through project coordination
- Provides regular internal updates on project coordination status, including future progression/plans
- Evaluates the business model and current best practices, then identifies opportunities to improve
- Creates and deploys workflows related to projects being coordinated
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
Successful candidates will have:
- B.A. in Business Administration or equivalent years of work experience
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- 3+ years’ project management or coordination experience, specifically related to operations, technology, and/or Strategic Vision
- Previous experience creating and managing projects in Smartsheet
- Previous franchise support experience preferred
- Previous home care or healthcare experience preferred
- Communicate effectively in formal and informal 1:1 settings and group settings
- Easily articulate vision and standards
