Project Coordinator
Operations Team
Location: Orange, CA
Summary: This position is responsible for assisting the Project manager complete projects. Projects involvement includes the start and completion of assignments. Assignments must be complete with quality, within deadline and its corresponding budget.
Compensation: This is a non-exempt, hourly role. Hourly rates start at $25+, plus Over Time (paid at 1.5x), plus Bonuses. Annual pay for new hires generally ranges between $69,000 and $86,500 or more, depending on experience, overtime hours worked and bonuses.
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare and Process closeout and job set up documents
- Maintain and follow important project documentation such as limited to Letters-of-Intent, Contract, Capital Improvement Certificates, Tax Exempt Certificates, Insurance Certificates. Lien Waivers and Warranty Letters
- Documentation must be processed in a timely manner and processed accurately with organization
- Material tickets, change order and field tickets must be processed. To track process it need to be entered in a system of accounting, updated, and maintained in change order log.
- Project manager assembles submittals, this would result to have the duties of sending submittals to clients, updating logs, tracking status and following up with clients until approval has been acquired.
- Develop strategies for projects
- Assist with the preparation of order purchasing orders, maintaining order of purchases, and tracking of invoices.
- Occasionally travel to meet at jobsites, facilities, and customer location
Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in similar field (preferred)
- ACAD knowledge (preferred)
- Interpreting documents such as blue prints, RFI and specifications that are written is a required
- Outstanding skills in written, verbal and presentations
- Procedure Manuals
- Candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel Outlook, Outlook, and AutoCAD
- Must work as one cohesive group with team
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
