Description

Odyssey’s diverse network of programs treats adults and adolescents with eating disorders, psychiatric disorders, dual diagnoses, and substance use disorder under three distinct networks: Psychiatric, Eating Disorder, and Outpatient. Providing a continuum of care that includes inpatient, intensive residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, detoxification, and transitional living programs, Odyssey operates facilities and provides affiliated outpatient services in over 20 locations and across nine states with over 300 total beds. Every year, we help thousands of clients on their recovery journeys by providing clinically excellent and individualized treatment delivered with care and compassion.

The Project Coordinator works closely with the leadership team members to support a variety of residential and outpatient expansion projects. This position is responsible for project coordination and support including timeline development in coordination with key stakeholders, creating and managing project tracking tools, communicating and tracking deliverables. Position provides technical and administrative support to the executive leadership team, as needed.

Relationships and Contacts

Within the organization:  Establish and maintain productive working relationships with executive leadership team members within Odyssey and Odyssey-owned facilities.

Outside the organization: Establish and maintain productive working relationships with third party vendor representatives, as necessary.

 

Essential Responsibilities

  1. Provides project management support for a variety of residential and outpatient organic growth initiatives; schedules project related activities; coordinates activities with internal and external stakeholders; maintains and updates related documentation. 
  2. Collaborates with project team members to develop project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. Integrates project plans and schedules from multiple sources to create a cohesive project plan with identifiable milestones, manages the agreed project plans and schedules, and ensures successful completion within the agreed upon scope, budget, timeline, and quality parameters.
  4. Collaborates with project team members to schedule, review and monitor project work ensuring progress within stated timelines.
  5. Communicates project status, to include progress and barriers, with executive and project team members.
  6. Coordinates project team meetings, documents and communicates follow up activities and action items.
  7. Prepares and distributes executive and project meeting materials and reports; follows up on action items ensuring project timelines are met.
  8. Supports due diligence efforts related to growth initiatives to include research, data collection, and analysis.
  9. Creates and modifies standardized tools and project plans based on state, licensure, and accreditation specifications.
  10. Ensures all project development and operational documentation is accurately dispositioned for continuity of process.
  11. Creates, formats, and modifies standardized forms and templates.
  12. Assists with developing presentation decks and board packets.
  13. Assists with calendar management.

 

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Provides technical and administrative support to the executive leadership team, as needed.
  2. Consistently models Company core values.

Qualifications

 

Education and Experience

Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within healthcare.
